Delta Environmental & Educational Foundation was founded in 2002 to facilitate environmental protection and sustainable development through projects, international cooperation and communication, while nurture relevant talents and researches. To combat climate change, the foundation has developed climate mitigation and adaptation works in decades.

Today in response to the loss of biodiversity and the degradation of ecosystem services, the foundation principally channels resources into multiple areas of work, including coral restoration and ecological communication. These projects aim to facilitate marine protection and raise public awareness on biodiversity conservation.
